Artist's Comments

When creating this piece, I wanted to capture the atmosphere reminiscent of the vintage metro posters. A few sources of inspiration came from some of the old broadway posters and the various pieces of poster art displaying Fritz Lang's Metropolis. So here's a scene from my imagination of the distant future with some retro styling!

A Full View will make you a much happier person ;)

Edit: Did a little bit of polishing work and adjusted the size for Prints

Geez, you are just getting too good! =p This newest edition to your gallery is exquisite. Best creative retro i've seen in a very long time. I don't think I can provide any constructive criticism. I just don't see any need for it. Maybe someone else will. ^^; But since I cannot see any reason for it, I give you a thumbs up on this one. Excellent work, ekster!

Another excellent composition full of warm tones, suggestive scenery, and that amazing vector retro/futuristic fusion thingy you do so well... you are one of a handful of artists I've come across here whose every piece of work is highly fave-able. You're on a roll!
